- Industry, city/region, main products, target audience, analysis goal
- Payment data (processed directly by Stripe, not stored by us)
4. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Creating your AI-powered analysis and action plan
- Processing payment via Stripe
- Delivering the report via email through Resend
- Responding to your inquiries via the contact form
5. Payment Service Provider (Stripe)
We use Stripe, Inc. (USA) as our payment service provider. When you make a payment, your payment data (credit card number, email address, IP address) is transmitted directly to Stripe for processing. We do not have access to your complete credit card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS certified and processes data according to its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
6. Email Service (Resend)
We use Resend for sending confirmation emails and action plans. Your email address is transmitted to Resend for this purpose. Resend's privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
7. AI Analysis (Anthropic / Claude)
We use the AI platform Claude by Anthropic, PBC (USA) for generating analyses. Your business-related information (company name, industry, URL, products, target audience) is transmitted to the Anthropic API. No payment data is shared with Anthropic. Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy.

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

9. Cookies and Tracking
This website uses technically necessary cookies (session cookies, CSRF tokens) as well as the Meta Pixel from Facebook/Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram (events: PageView, InitiateCheckout, Purchase). Your IP address, an anonymous browser identifier and visited pages are transmitted to Meta and may be linked to your Meta account if you have one. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring advertising performance. Google Fonts is loaded from an external CDN; your IP may be transmitted to Google.
